Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. The sum of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($3,700) is appropriated to the New Castle County Law Library to provide operating funds for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1972. The funds shall be allocated to the Capital Outlay account.
Section 1 This act is a supplemental appropriation for the fiscal year 1972 and the money appropriated shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of funds in the General Fund of the State of Delaware not otherwise appropriated.
Section 3. Any money appropriated herein and unexpended shall revert to the General Fund of the State of Delaware on June 30, 1972.
