AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 307, CHAPTER 3, TITLE 30, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO TAX CLEARANCE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Section 307, Chapter 3, Title 30, Delaware Code, is amended to read in its entirety as follows:
"Section 307. Tax Clearance. For purposes of tax compliance the Division of Accounting shall give notice to the Division of Revenue of payments made to any corporation or other business association when the aggregate payments during the fiscal year exceed $2,000."
