Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Section 708, Title 13, of the Delaware Code, is amended by striking the catch line of Section 708 and inserting in lieu thereof the following new catch line:
§ 708. Minors' consent to diagnostic and lawful therapeutic procedures relating to care and treatment for pregnancy or contagious diseases
