AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 8305, CHAPTER 83, TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE DIVISION OF REVENUE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Paragraph (2) (A) (ii) of Section 8305, Chapter 83, Title 29, Delaware Code, is amended by inserting the words "and Chapter 52" immediately after the words "Chapter 51" appearing therein.
