AN ACT AUTHORIZING KENT COUNTY TO FORGIVE THE PROPERTY TAX DEBT OF THE DOVER MODERN MATURITY CENTER.
WHEREAS, the Dover Modern Maturity Center owes property taxes to Kent County for Fiscal Years 1970 and 1971; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate to authorize Kent County to forgive the tax indebtedness;
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Kent County is hereby authorized to forgive the indebtedness of the Dover Modern Maturity Center for property taxes due and owing for Fiscal Years 1970 and 1971.
