AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 41, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE KENT COUNTY LEVY COURT TO ESTABLISH AN EMERGENCY DISPATCH CENTER.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 41, Title 9, Delaware Code, by adding thereto a new section to be designated as Section 4120 to read as follows:
§ 4120. Emergency dispatch center
The Levy Court may establish and maintain an emergency dispatch center to be used in connection with fire, ambulance, rescue services, and other emergencies that might occur throughout the county.
