CHAPTER 81
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11, SECTION 352 OF THE DELAWARE CODE TO DEFINE ARSON IN SECOND DEGREE TO INCLUDE THE UNLAWFUL BURNING OF BUILDINGS AS WELL AS DWELLING HOUSES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Section 352 of Title 11, Delaware Code, is hereby amended by adding thereto the words "or other building" immediately following the words "any dwelling house."
