CHAPTER 229
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 4, TITLE 28, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO HORSE RACING IN KENT COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 421, Title 28, Delaware Code, is amended by striking the last sentence therefrom in its entirety.
