CHAPTER 170
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 3, TITLE 28, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LIMITATION ON EXPENDITURES OF THE DELAWARE RACING COMMISSION.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. §308, Chapter 3, Title 28, Delaware Code, is hereby repealed.
