AN ACT MAKING A SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION TO THE DELAWARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL COMMISSION FOR ITS EXPENSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1968.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. The sum of $15,055 is hereby appropriated to the Delaware Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission for its expenses and to be applied for payment of the following items:

Section 2. This act is a supplementary appropriation and the moneys hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the General Fund of the State of Delaware.
