CHAPTER 334
AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTIONS 712 AND 713, TITLE 4, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO REGULATORY PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Sections 712 and 713, Title 4, Delaware Code, be and hereby are repealed.
