AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 1525, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO DUMPING OF GARBAGE, RUBBISH, ASHES, OR OTHER WASTE MATERIAL.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Section 1525 (a), Title 9, Delaware Code, is amended by striking the words "the Seventh Senatorial District" and by inserting in lieu thereof the words "Appoquinimink Hundred and Blackbird Hundred".
