CHAPTER 151
AN ACT TO AMEND § 4505, TITLE 15, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR PRINTING BALLOTS IN KENT COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 4505, Title 15, Delaware Code, is amended by striking the present §4505 and inserting in lieu thereof a new §4505 to read as follows:
§ 4505. Award of contract for printing ballots in Kent County
The Department of Elections of Kent County shall cause to be printed all ballots for every General Election in the County.
The contract for such printing shall be awarded by the Department of Elections after duly advertised bids, to the lowest responsible bidder.
The ballots shall be printed in Kent County.
