CHAPTER 7
AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1963, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CARRYING OUT THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 6, TITLE 24, DELAWARE CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. The sum of $4,300.00 is appropriated to the State Board of Cosmetology to be used as follows:

Section 2. Any portion of the above appropriated funds remaining unspent at the end of the fiscal year June 30, 1963, shall revert to the general fund of the State of Delaware.
Section 3. This act is a supplementary appropriation and the money appropriated shall be paid from the General Fund of the State of Delaware.
