CHAPTER 20
AN ACT RELATING TO AID TO THE BLIND BY LOWERING THE AGE ELIGIBILITY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 2303 (1), Title 31, Delaware Code, is amended by striking the figures "21" where they appear therein and inserting in lieu thereof the figures "18".
