CHAPTER 35
AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 8606, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OF TAXES BY REPEALING THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE RECEIVER OF TAXES SIT AT DIFFERENT PLACES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Section 8606, Title 9, Delaware Code, is hereby repealed.
