AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 81, TITLE 9, DELAWARE BY GIVING WINDY HILLS CIVIC ASSOCIATION TAX EXEMPTION STATUS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 8105, Title 9, Delaware Code is hereby amended by placing at the end thereof the following:
Windy Hill Civic Association
