CHAPTER 238
AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 5121, TITLE 30, DELAWARE CODE OF 1953, RELATING TO STATE REVENUE BY INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF THE GASOLINE TAX.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 5121, Title 30, Delaware Code of 1953, is amended by substituting the figure "6" for the figure "5" as the same appears in line 1 thereof.
