AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER VI, CHAPTER 5, TITLE 7, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO SHOOTING PRESERVES BY CHANGING THE TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF SAID SUBCHAPTER.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 581, Title 7, Delaware Code, is amended to read:
This subchapter shall apply throughout the State.
