In compliance with the provisions of Chapter 34, Volume 53, Laws of Delaware, I have this day appointed the following individuals to a Special Commission to investigate and report to the Governor on the application of SunOlin Chemical Company for an easement in the subaqueous lands of the Delaware River and for a quitclaim deed to the previously existing foreshore of its property:
