CHAPTER 91
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 15, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ELECTIONS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Title 15, Section 5506, Delaware Code is amended by deleting all of paragraph (b) therefrom.
