AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 33, TITLE 19, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 3314 (3), Chapter 33, Title 19, Delaware Code, is amended to read as follows :
(3) Is able to work, and is available for work, and is actively seeking work, provided, however, that an individual who has been involuntarily retired shall be entitled to receive benefits and he shall be required to be available only for the kind or type of work which is suitable for the individual in view of his age, physical condition and other circumstances.
