INCREASING AMOUNTS PAID BY LEVY COURT OF
NEW CASTLE COUNTY TO FIRE COMPANIES
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 19, TITLE 9, SECTION 1902 OF THE DELAWARE CODE BY INCREASING THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE LEVY COURT OF NEW CASTLE COUNTY TO CERTAIN FIRE COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 1902, Title 9 of the Delaware Code is amended by striking out the sum of $1,000 where it appears in the first line of the second paragraph and substituting in lieu thereof the sum of "$1,500."
