RELATIVE TO STATE PENSIONS FOR GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEMBERS
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 550, VOLUME 50, LAWS OF DELAWARE, RELATIVE TO STATE PENSIONS OF MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Chapter 550, Volume 50, Laws of Delaware, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section :
Section 2. This chapter shall be effective as of July 1, 1955. Approved February 29, 1956.
