SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
PROVIDING FOR A JOINT SESSION TO HEAR AN ADDRESS BY HON. CHARLES C. HALLS, NATIONAL COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF, VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the 116th General Assembly, the House of Representatives concurring therein, that both Houses of the General Assembly shall meet in Joint Session on Tuesday, February 20, 1951, at three-thirty o'clock, P.M., for the purpose of hearing an address by Hon. Charles C. Rails, National Commander-in-Chief of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of The United States of America.
