KENT COUNTY LEVY COURT
AUTHORIZED TO BORROW NOT EXCEEDING THE SUM OF
$100,000.00 AND TO GIVE SECURITY THEREFOR
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 106, VOLUME 43, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AUTHORIZING AND EMPOWERING THE LEVY COURT OF KENT COUNTY TO BORROW UP TO BUT NOT EXCEEDING THE SUM OF $100,000.00 AND TO GIVE SECURITY THEREFOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 106, Volume 43, Laws of Delaware, be amended by striking out of said chapter the figures "$75,000.00" where they appear in line three of Section One of said Act and by substituting and enacting in lieu of the figures so stricken out the following word§ and figures "One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00)."
