CHAPTER 8 - SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
APPOINTING A COMMITTEE TO NOTIFY THE GOVERNOR THAT THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IS ORGANIZED.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Senate of the 109th General Assembly of the State of Delaware in Special Session assembled, the House of Representative concurring therein, That the President Pro Tempore of the Senate appoint a committee of two (2) members on the part of the Senate to serve with a committee of two (2) members to be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, to notify the Governor of the State of Delaware of the convening of the 109th General Assembly, in Special Session, and to inform him that the General Assembly is ready to receive any communication that he may desire to present, or receive any message that he may choose to deliver, at such time as he may designate.
