CHAPTER 18 - TRANSFER OF CERTAIN BALANCES TO THE MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT OF STANTON SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 38
AN ACT TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS TO THE MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT OF STANTON SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 38.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred and Sixty Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($160.13), which has heretofore been levied and collected by Stanton School District No. 38 of New Castle County in excess of the moneys needed for the payment of interest on its bonds, be and the same hereby is transferred to the maintenance account of said Stanton School District No. 38 to be used and disbursed, as other funds in said account, as provided by law.
