CHAPTER 19 - TRANSFER OF CERTAIN BALANCES TO THE MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT OF BRIDGEVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 90
AN ACT TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS TO THE MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT OF BRIDGEVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 90.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That the sum of Seven Hundred and Twenty One Dollars and Fifty-two Cents ($721.52), which has heretofore been levied and collected by Bridgeville School District No. 90 of Sussex County in excess of the moneys needed for the payment of interest on its bonds be and the same is hereby transferred to the maintenance account of said Bridgeville School District No. 90 to be used and disbursed, as other funds in said account, as provided by law.
