CHAPTER 43 - APPROPRIATION - DELAWARE SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS
AN ACT APPROPRIATING MONEY TO THE. DELAWARE SOCIETY, FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met (three-fourths of all members elected to each House concurring therein):
Section 1. That the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated to the Delaware Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, for the biennium beginning July 1, 1945 and ending June 30, 1947, for salaries, wages and for operation.
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) of said sum shall be paid within three months after July 1, 1945, and a like sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) shall be paid within three months after July 1, 1946.
Section 2. That this Act shall be known as a Supplementary Appropriation Act and the funds hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the General Funds of the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
