CHAPTER 56 - APPROPRIATION - DISTRICT LIBRARY COMMISSIONS

AN ACT APPROPRIATING CERTAIN MONIES FOR THE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE DISTRICT LIBRARY COMMISSIONS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That for each of the two fiscal years beginning July 1, 1945, and ending June 30, 1946, and beginning July 1, 1946, and ending June 30, 1947, the sum of Fifty-seven Hundred Dollars ($5,700.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General Funds of the State for the support and maintenance of the District Library Commissions of this State, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 34 of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935.

Section 2. That this Act shall be known as a Supplementary Appropriation Act and the funds hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the General Funds of the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
