CHAPTER 58 - APPROPRIATION - SUPREME COURT EXPENSES
AN ACT APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR CERTAIN EXPENSES OF THE SUPREME COURT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That the sum of $250.00 is hereby appropriated annually from the General Fund as a Contingent Fund for the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware to meet necessary expenses including the expenses of committees appointed by the Supreme Court aforesaid to promote the administration of justice.
Section 2. That this Act shall be known as a Supplementary Appropriation Act and the funds hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the General Fund of the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
