CHAPTER 119 - LEVY COURT - SUSSEX COUNTY ESTABLISHING FISCAL YEAR
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FISCAL YEAR FOR THE LEVY COURT OF SUSSEX COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. The Fiscal Year of the Levy Court of Sussex County shall begin on July First of each calendar year, and end on June Thirtieth of the succeeding calendar year.
Section 2. All County departments, bureaus, divisions, officers, boards, commissions, and other agencies of Sussex County, being supported entirely or in part by the Levy Court of Sussex County, are required to have their fiscal year end at the same time as the fiscal year of the said Levy Court.
