CHAPTER 142 - SALARY OF CORONER FOR NEW CASTLE COUNTY
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 53 OF THE REVISED CODE OF DELAWARE, 1935, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN COUNTY OFFICERS, BY PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN THE SALARY OF THE CORONER FOR NEW CASTLE COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That 1597 Sec. 6 of Chapter 53 of the Revised Code of Delaware be amended as follows:
The Coroner of New Castle County shall receive the annual salary of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2500.00) payable in equal monthly installments by warrants drawn by the Levy Court on the County Treasurer of New Castle County.
