CHAPTER 206 - GAME PROVIDING FOR SEASON WITHIN WHICH MINK, OTTER AND MUSKRAT MAY BE CAUGHT AND KILLED
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 74 OF THE REVISED CODE OF DELAWARE, 1935, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO FISH, OYSTERS AND GAME, BY PROVIDING FOR THE . SEASON WITHIN WHICH MINK, OTTER AND MUSKRAT MAY BE CAUGHT AND KILLED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 74 of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935, as amended, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out and repealing the following lines from 2821 Sec. 20. thereof, to-wit:
Si. . . mink, otter and muskrat from December 1st to March 10th, next following, provided that in cases of embanked meadow or marsh in New Castle County, the open season for muskrats shall be from December 1st to March 20th, next following";
And inserting in lieu thereof the following:
.. . mink, otter and muskrat from December 1st to March 20th, 1945, and thereafter from December 1st to March 10th, next following, provided that in cases of embanked meadow or marsh in New Castle County, the open season for muskrats shall be from December 1st to April 1st, 1945 and thereafter from December 1st to March 20th, next following.
