CHAPTER 209 - OYSTERS
RELATING TO SALARIES OF CAPTAIN AND CREW OF OYSTER WATCH BOAT
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 74 OF THE REVISED CODE OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE, 1935, RELATING TO THE SALARIES OF THE CAPTAIN, MATE AND CREW OF THE OYSTER WATCH BOAT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That 2916 Section 115 of Chapter 74 of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware, 1935, be and the same is hereby amended by repealing the sentence beginning on the twenty-fifth line of said section and by inserting in lieu thereof the following new sentence: The said captain shall receive a salary of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) per month, the mate One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($125) per month and the other two members of the crew One Hundred Dollars ($100) per month each, they finding their own board.
