CHAPTER 244 - VICE-CHANCELLOR INCREASING SALARY
AN ACT AMENDING CHAPTER 148, VOLUME 42, LAWS OF DELAWARE, CREATING THE OFFICE OF VICE-CHANCELLOR BY INCREASING THE SALARY OF THE VICE-CHANCELLOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 148, Volume 42, Laws of Delaware, entitled, "AN ACT CREATING THE OFFICE OF VICE-CHANCELLOR OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE, DEFINING HIS DUTIES, POWERS, TERM, QUALIFICATIONS, AND SALARY" be and the same is hereby amended by striking out of Section 4 thereof the words,
"Seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500.00)". and inserting in lieu thereof
"Eighty-five hundred dollars ($8,500.00)".
