CHAPTER 247 - JUVENILE COURT--KENT AND SUSSEX COUNTIES RELATING TO SALARIES OF PROBATION OFFICERS
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 116 OF THE REVISED CODE OF DELAWARE, 1935, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "JUVENILE DELINQUENTS AND PROBATION", RELATING TO SALARIES OF THE PROBATION OFFICERS OF THE JUVENILE COURT OF KENT AND SUSSEX COUNTIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 116 of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935, as amended, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence of 4353A. Sec. 38A thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the following sentence:
"The compensation of the probation officer or officers for the said Juvenile Court shall be fixed by the Judge of the said Court, provided that the total compensation to be paid to the Probation Officer or Officers shall not exceed Thirty-six Hundred Dollars ($3600.00) annually."
