CHAPTER 331 - SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WITH REFERENCE TO REPRESENTATION OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE AT THE FUNERAL EXERCISES TO BE CONDUCTED IN THE CITY OF WASHINGTON FOR THE HONORABLE FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT, LATE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Delaware, the House of Representatives concurring therein:
That the two Senators now representing Delaware in the United States Senate, and the Representative for Delaware in the National House of Representatives be and they are hereby requested to attend the funeral exercises of the Honorable Franklin D. Roosevelt, late President of the United States, to be held in the City of Washington, D. C., as the Representatives of the State of Delaware; and
That the Secretary of State be and he is authorized and directed to notify the Delaware representatives by telegram and by forwarding a copy of this Resolution to Hon. James M. Tunnell, senior Senator, Hon. C. Douglass Buck, junior Senator, and to Hon. Philip A. Traynor, Representative in Congress.
