CHAPTER 376 - STATE OF DELAWARE - EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT PROCLAMATION
I, Walter W. Bacon, Governor of the State of Delaware, do hereby proclaim and make known in accordance with the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly, that on the seventh day of November, being the Tuesday next after the first Monday of said month, an election will be held in the several counties of this State, at the places in the several election districts respectively, at which the General Election in the said State is held, for the purpose of choosing by ballot by the citizens of this State having the right to vote for Representatives in the General Assembly, three electors for the election of a President and a Vice-President of the United States.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Delaware to be hereunto affixed at Dover, this second day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, and of the Independence of the United States of America the one hundred and sixty-ninth.
