CHAPTER 293 - SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
PROVIDING FOR A JOINT COMMITTEE TO ARRANGE FOR THE INAUGURATION OF THE HONORABLE WALTER W. BACON AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE.
Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring therein, that the appointment of a Joint Committee is hereby authorized, to consist of five members of the Senate and five members of the House,—the Senate members to consist of the President Pro Tern and four members to be appointed by the President Pro Tem,—the House members to consist of the Speaker and four members to be appointed by the Speaker; the said Committee to make all arrangements for the inauguration of the Honorable Walter W. Bacon as Governor of the State of Delaware.
