DESIGNATING STATE TREE
AN ACT ADOPTING THE AMERICAN HOLLY AS THE STATE TREE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. The American holly (Ilex opaca, Alton) is hereby adopted as the State Tree.
