CHAPTER 62 - APPROPRIATIONS - BRANDYWINE SANITORIUM
AN ACT APPROPRIATING CERTAIN MONEY TO THE BRANDYWINE SANITORIUM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00), be and the same is hereby appropriated to the Brandywine Sanitorium to be expended as follows:

Section 2. That this Act shall be known as a Supplementary Appropriation Act and the money hereby appropriated shall be paid to the said Sanitorium by the State Treasurer, upon warrant or warrants according to law, out of the Special Fund, at the Farmers' Bank of the State of Delaware, at Dover, consisting of money received from the sale of bonds authorized by an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Delaware, entitled, "An Act Authorizing The Borrowing Of Money And The Creation Of A Debt By Or In Behalf Of The State Of Delaware, For The Erection, Repairs And Improvements Of Buildings At Institutions Of The State, And The Issuance Of Bonds Therefor", Approved A. D. 1935.
