CHAPTER 64 - APPROPRIATIONS - DELAWARE INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL FOR GIRLS
AN ACT APPROPRIATING CERTAIN MONEY TO THE DELAWARE INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL FOR GIRLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly net (three-fourths of all the members elected to each branch thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. That the sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated to the Delaware Industrial School for Girls, for the purpose of repairing and improving portions of the buildings of the said School.
Section 2. That this Act shall be known as a Supplementary Appropriation Act and the money hereby appropriated shall be paid to the said School by the State Treasurer, upon warrant or warrants according to law, out of the Special Fund, at the Farmers' Bank of the State of Delaware, at Dover, consisting of money received from the sale of bonds authorized by an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Delaware, entitled, "An Act Authorizing The Borrowing Of Money And The Creation Of A Debt By Or In Behalf Of The State Of Delaware, For The Erection, Repairs And Improvements Of Buildings At Institutions Of The State, And The Issuance Of Bonds Therefor", approved A. D. 1935.
