CHAPTER 379.
AN ACT to amend Chapter 32 of the Revised Statutes.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That Chapter 32 of the Revised Statutes be and the same is hereby amended as follows, by adding-thereto the following section:
SECTION 18. The sheriff of each county shall, upon the receipt of an advertisement from any of the constables of the county, enter a minute of the time and place of such sale, and the name of the defendant and of the constable.
