CHAPTER 192

OF RECEIVER OF TAXES AND COUNTY TREASURER.

AN ACT IN RELATION TO THE DUTY OF THE RECEIVER OF TAXES AND COUNTY TREASURER OF NEW CASTLE COUNTY, AMENDING THE ACT PUBLISHED AT PAGE 2 OF THE APPENDIX TO VOLUME 20, LAWS OF DELAWARE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That the Act published at page 2 of the Appendix to Volume 20, Laws of Delaware, be and the same is hereby amended by inserting after the words "five o'clock P. M." at the end of the fifth line, Section 4, the words "except Saturdays," and by striking out of said Section all of said Section after the words "except Saturdays," so inserted as aforesaid.
