CHAPTER 307

GENERAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS.

AN ACT TO GIVE THIS STATE JURISDICTION OF CRIMES COMMENCED IN THIS STATE AND COMPLETED ELSEWHERE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That from and after the passage of this Act if any criminal offence is begun in this state and completed elsewhere, it shall be deemed to have been committed in this State, and may be dealt with, inquired of, tried, determined and punished in this State in the same manner as if it had been actually and wholly committed in this State.
