EXECUTIONS WRIT OF POSSESSION

AN ACT to Amend Section 62 of Chapter 133 of the Revised Code of Delaware, Relating to Executions.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, in General Assembly met:

That Section 62 of Chapter 133 of the Revised Code Delaware be and the same is hereby amended by the repeal thereof and by substituting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as 4381 Section 62.

4381. Sec. 62. WRIT; WHEN APPLIED FOR: A rule for a writ of possession may be granted at the term of the return of the sale or at any one of the next three succeeding terms thereafter.
