CHAPTER 468.
AN ACT to amend Section 10 of Chapter 60 of the Revised Code.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That Section 10 of Chapter 60 of the Revised Code be and the same is hereby amended by inserting in the third line thereof, between the words " county " and "but," the following words, to wit : Provided, that if commissioners appointed by order of court shall not lay out a road, the costs of proceedings shall be paid by the person or persons petitioning for the same, and if such commissioners shall lay out a road then the person or persons making application for a review or any further order of court shall pay the costs of the proceedings immediately preceding such application before any such order shall be granted.
SECTION 2. Be it further enacted, That in any edition of the Published laws hereafter to be published said Section 10 shall be published as hereby amended.
