CHAPTER 260

OF ROADS AND BRIDGES.

AN ACT FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF PERSONS APPOINTED BY THE COURT OF GENERAL SESSIONS TO LAY OUT AND VACATE ROADS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That each of the persons appointed by the Court

of General Sessions within each county to lay out, change or vacate compensation of any road, commonly called "road jurors," shall receive as compensation for their services as such jurors the sum of three dollars for each day's service and three cents a mile going and returning.

SECTION 2. That the above amounts shall be paid by the person or persons at the time and in the manner now required by law to pay said road jurors.

SECTION 3. That all laws or parts of lows inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and the same are hereby repealed.
